(TSXV-SCT) announces the resignations of Mr. Peter Schober and Mr. Scott Young as Directors of the Company along with the resignation of Ms. Ke Feng (Andrea) Yuan as its Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Yuan will continue as a consultant throughout the Company’s year end audit. The Company wishes to thank Messrs.
