Over thirty years in corporate finance analysis and business development, involving public and private companies; currently self employed as DAG Consulting Corp. as an independent corporate finance and due diligence consultant. Also active in corporate and professional associations, involving liaison with institutional investors and fund managers. In the past 10 years DAG Consulting has been instrumental in listing and financing over 30 public companies.

Florian Munsch

Director

Mr. Munsch is an entrepreneur, manager and investor. He has served as CEO, President and Director for multiple European and international companies. Mr. Munsch brings over 10 years of professional experience in capital markets, venture capital and business development to his role as Managing Partner of Euroswiss Equity Group, a premier investor marketing group developing the European capital markets for Canadian, Australian and US-listed companies. He previously served in different roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Munsch holds a B.Sc. in Bio-Geo-Sciences from the University of Koblenz, Germany and a M.Sc. in Biosciences from the University of Münster, Germany.

Richard Du, PhD

Director

Dr. Richard Du received his PhD degree in electronics engineering from Zhejiang University in 1991, and is a proven entrepreneur for founding several successful hi-tech companies spanning Silicon Valley, USA, Vancouver, Canada and Guangdong, China within the past 20 years. The Company expect to benefit greatly from Dr. Du's business acumen and technology expertise, as he holds several core patents (and proprietary research) in the fields of fiber laser, digital lithography, and molecular layer assembly.

Bernard Fung

Director

Mr. Fung has over 30 years’ experience in the corporate management, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions of high-tech, as well as clean and renewable energy companies. Since 2009, Mr. Fung has been the Deputy Chairman of Advanced Fiber Resources (Zhuhai) Ltd., listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and previously held executive positions in technology companies involved in manufacturing and distribution of computer hardware. Mr. Fung received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Essex in England in 1985.
