Over thirty years in corporate finance analysis and business development, involving public and private companies; currently self employed as DAG Consulting Corp. as an independent corporate finance and due diligence consultant. Also active in corporate and professional associations, involving liaison with institutional investors and fund managers. In the past 10 years DAG Consulting has been instrumental in listing and financing over 30 public companies.

Ms. Huang is a CPA, CA of British Columbia, and has a wealth of experience in senior management. Over more than fifteen years Ms. Huang provided professional services in the areas of internal control, regulatory compliance, financial management and reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. She has held the position of Controller or CFO with private and public companies. Ms. Huang was an auditor of Canadian and US public companies and has her First-Class Honour’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Simon Fraser University.
