William Ying

Chairman and Director

Mr. William Ying brings over 20 years of experience in capital markets. Since 1996 he has served as an investment advisor at various financial institutions. Mr. Ying provides growth investment opportunities to accredited investors globally (institutional, corporate and individual) as well as advises growth oriented companies in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development and other corporate finance activities. Mr. Ying also participates in the Mentor in Business program at Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business as a mentor to share his business experience with future business leaders. Mr. Ying holds a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University, Ontario, Canada

Richard Du, PhD

Director

Dr. Richard Du received his PhD degree in electronics engineering from Zhejiang University in 1991, and is a proven entrepreneur for founding several successful hi-tech companies spanning Silicon Valley, USA, Vancouver, Canada and Guangdong, China within the past 20 years. The Company expect to benefit greatly from Dr. Du's business acumen and technology expertise, as he holds several core patents (and proprietary research) in the fields of fiber laser, digital lithography, and molecular layer assembly.

Bernard Fung

Director

Mr. Fung has over 30 years’ experience in the corporate management, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions of high-tech, as well as clean and renewable energy companies. Since 2009, Mr. Fung has been the Deputy Chairman of Advanced Fiber Resources (Zhuhai) Ltd., listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and previously held executive positions in technology companies involved in manufacturing and distribution of computer hardware. Mr. Fung received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Essex in England in 1985.

Xi (Walson) Wang

Director

With over 15 years of experience in management roles, Mr. Wang has developed a wide skill set which includes overseeing business operations, negotiating with vendors, developing lasting business relationships, and achieving sales and revenue goals.  Mr. Wang has been the President of It Asset Partners Inc. (“ITAP”) since 2013. As President of ITAP, Mr. Wang designed a custom enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) system, which helped to improve the flexibility and efficiency of operation. In addition, Walson led the cloud server management team and played a vital role in forging relationships and obtaining contracts with Lenovo, Nintendo, Acer, Avnet, Sprint and Time Warner Cable.
