Joanne Yan

Director

Ms. Yan has more than 20 years of experience in advising and managing public companies and has played a significant role in the financing and business development strategies of several North American and China-based companies. Ms. Yan is currently the President of Joyco Consulting Services Inc., a consulting firm, a position that she has held since September 1994. She is a director of Hanwei Energy Services Corp., a TSX listed company that manufactures and sells high-pressure fiberglass reinforced plastic pipes for international oil & gas and infrastructure industries in addition to producing oil & gas in Canada.  She is also a director of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd., a Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company. From June 2006 to November 2013, she served as the President and a director of Brazilian Gold Corporation (formerly Red Dragon Resources Corp.), a TSX Venture Exchange listed company that was involved in gold exploration and development in Brazil.  She is a former founding director of Golden China Resources Corp and CPAC (Care) Holdings Ltd.

Scott Young

Director

Since 2000, Mr. Young has been acting as a corporate governance and communications consultant to publicly-traded technology, mining and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to that he was an investment advisor during which he held his Canadian and U.S. broker licenses.  He has been a consultant to  full-service investor relations, online marketing and corporate governance  firms since 2004.  Mr.Young has previously  served as a managing  director of  Sonoma Resources and Green Valley Mine both of which were merged with new entities. Currently he is an advisor to private companies looking to merge with a public company or complete the IPO process. 

 

Xi (Walson) Wang

Director

With over 15 years of experience in management roles, Mr. Wang has developed a wide skill set which includes overseeing business operations, negotiating with vendors, developing lasting business relationships, and achieving sales and revenue goals.  Mr. Wang has been the President of It Asset Partners Inc. (“ITAP”) since 2013. As President of ITAP, Mr. Wang designed a custom enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) system, which helped to improve the flexibility and efficiency of operation. In addition, Walson led the cloud server management team and played a vital role in forging relationships and obtaining contracts with Lenovo, Nintendo, Acer, Avnet, Sprint and Time Warner Cable.

James Haft

Director

Mr. Haft is an Entrepreneur and Merchant Banker with broad experience in all aspects of forming, managing, advising, fundraising, and business development of entrepreneur-powered businesses, including business strategy and M&A. Since 1987, Mr. Haft has been an advisor to over 30 internet and 100 technology related domestic and cross border transactions consumated in the United States, Asia, Latin America and European markets, including the first listing of a Chinese company onthe NYSE and the sale of the largest Spanish language advertising network to Fox (News Corp.).

More recently, Mr. Haft has focussed exclusively on business relying upon distributed ledger technologies.  Mr. Haft's companies have also advised over a dozen executed or contemplated ICOs.

Peter Schober

Director

Peter is a professional engineer with over 35 years of experience in the hydropower industry and 5 years experience in blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Peter has extensive expericence with cryptocurrency mining,supporting the development and operation of multiple large mining facilities to date. He has worked on the operations of more than 10 multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects. Three of these projects were completed and operated under his personal responsibility and have delivered over 400 GWh of clean electricity offsetting over 400,0 tonnes of grennhouse gases. He has negotiated several long-term infrastructure deals with local utilities which have totaled over $1B. Peter aslo has extensive experience in large power systems,power development,and system control.
