The Company is pleased to announce that effective May 29, 2023 Bassi & Karimjee LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants are appointed the Company’s auditor as approved by the Company’s audit committee and the Company’s board of directors. Notice of Change of Auditor pursuant to Section 4.11 of National Instrument 51-102 (“NI 51-102”) is filed on SEDAR. The previous auditors, Manning Elliott LLP, have resigned and there was no modified opinion expressed in Manning Elliott LLP’s report on any of the Company’s financial statements relating to the period commencing at the beginning of the Company’s two most recently completed financial years and ending on the date of resignation of Manning Elliott LLP; and there have been no “reportable events” within the meaning assigned under subsection 4.11(1) of NI 51-102.
The audit of the Company’s financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2023 is in progress.
