(TSXV-SCT) is pleased to announce that it has negotiated a financing concurrent with its unit financing consisting of common shares only of up to 4,000,000 Shares at $0.10 per Share for gross proceeds of up to $400,000. The proceeds will be added to working capital. The Financing is subject to regulatory acceptance.
