The Company wishes to thank him for  the integral part she played during last year and wishes his success in his current and future ventures.

The company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Tang Tang to its Board of Directors and Donald Gordon as CFO.

Mr. Tang has 8 plus years of experience working in marketing and in the financial services industry. Skychain's President and CEO Bill Zhang commented "We are very pleased to have Tang join our Board. Tang’s financial and insurances service experiences will bring great value to Skychain.”

Mr. Gordon has over 30 years experience in corporate finance and through his consulting company maintains financial reporting and compliance standards for a number of companies. Mr. Gordon brings a broad perspective to the CFO position to coordinate communication and corporate finance with financial reporting.

The Company continues to have 3 directors of which 2 are independent.
