Vancouver, BC, Canada, March 18, 2022 – Skychain Technologies Inc. (TSX.V - SCT) (OTCQB - SKTCF) (“Skychain” or the “Company”) announces that Fred Jung resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Jung for his contribution during the past two years. Mr. Jung also resigned as the President of MiningSky Technologies (Manitoba) Inc.

The Company is currently considering alternatives to complete its 12 MW data centre facility in Birtle, Manitoba to avoid potential noise concerns such as relocating it to a new site away from the town center. On determining the optimal solution, the Company will present its plan to the town council for any changes, if required, to its permits.

In addition, the Company is considering expansion from its crypto/data centre business into self-mining and Defi-NFT areas to benefit from the rapid growth of these new businesses in the blockchain industry.
