For immediate release. Skychain Technologies Inc. (TSXV-SCT) is pleased to announce that all matters and Director nominees were approved at the Annual General Meeting held October 15, 2019. The board of Directors remains unchanged with four Directors the majority of which are independent.

The Company’s subsidiary, Miningsky Technology LTD has filed a Supreme Court claim against a previous employee serving as CTO and Vice President, Zetong Zhang (AKA Zee Zhang), regarding possession of crypto currency assets (Court File No. S-198449). The amount of the claim, if successful against the Company, isn’t considered by management to cause a material adverse effect on the Company’s operations. A trial date for the claim is expected in March 2020.
